CULTURE CHANGE CAPACITY BUILDING

We work diligently with leadership and key stakeholders in order to assist our clients with achieving pragmatic yet aspirational goals within their organization’s complex cultural context.

GROUP PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

We specialize in facilitating unique individual growth experiences that strengthen a group’s ability to be comfortable with being uncomfortable in those moments when leading culture change is most difficult. We offer a range of evidence-based, best practice-informed, and customizable programs for all levels of experience within an organization. 

In a rapidly changing cultural climate, often people can face difficultly just initially addressing complex social issues that impact their organization. OEC’s team creates spaces that foster courageous, meaningful interactions between people so they can do more than just lean in, but actually embrace challenging issues together in a civil, productive way. These individual development experiences are instrumental in overcoming barriers to inclusive and equitable cultures. We also assist clients to implement innovative initiatives that allow individuals to engage in culturally humble interactions while learning about and celebrating the various dimensions of culture and identity–such as gender identity, gender expression, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, ability status, just to name a few–that make up the various communities in which they live, work, play, and visit.

INDIVIDUAL LEADERSHIP TRAINING & COACHING

We are skilled in providing clients customized tools to lead culture change and expand the organizations’ capacity for growth. Both our Culture Change Facilitator Training and one-on-one coaching experience equip existing and emerging leaders with the skills and confidence to proactively facilitate inclusive and equitable change within their organizations and community through fostering self-awareness, interpersonal communication, cultural responsiveness, and systems thinking.

We have a dynamic team of skilled orators. Our diverse set of expertise affords us the ability to discuss a myriad of topics centered around diversity, equity and inclusion.

CUSTOMIZED PROGRAM DESIGN

Our consultants are skilled in creating, designing, and directing original programming for adults and youth. Our experience includes and is not limited to STEM, STEM-H (health), non-profit organizational development (i.e. board engagement), executive mentorship, collective healing experiences and more.
